This website is operated by AETERA, a Dubai-based international company working with streamers and creators worldwide.

Who can apply

AETERA accepts applications from individuals aged 18 to 27, inclusive. We do not work with individuals under the age of 18.

By submitting an application, you confirm that you are within this age range and that the information you provide is accurate.

Information we collect

When you submit an application through our website, we may collect:

  • your first name;
  • your age;
  • a link to your portfolio, Instagram profile, or TikTok profile;
  • your email address.

We may also receive limited technical information when you visit the website, such as browser type, device information, approximate location, IP address, and server log information.

We do not intentionally ask applicants to provide sensitive personal information. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in your application or public profile links.

How we use your information

We use application information to:

  • review and assess applications;
  • confirm that an applicant meets the age requirement;
  • contact applicants about their application;
  • understand whether an applicant may be suitable for working with AETERA;
  • maintain and protect the security of our website and systems.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and usage trends. Ahrefs Web Analytics is designed not to use cookies by default and not to collect or store personally identifiable information by default.

We do not currently use advertising networks, retargeting tools, or advertising trackers on this website.

How we share information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the website, receive applications, communicate with applicants, provide hosting, maintain security, or analyse website performance.

These service providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Because AETERA works internationally, information may be processed or stored in countries outside the United Arab Emirates or the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

How long we keep information

We keep application information for no longer than 30 days after the application has been reviewed, unless we need to keep it for a longer period to respond to a legal request, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or comply with a legal obligation.

If an applicant starts working with AETERA, information necessary for the working relationship may be kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.

Hosting and service providers

Our website is hosted and delivered using Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, such as IP address, device and browser information, security-related data, and network request information, in order to deliver, protect, and maintain the website.

Application information may also be processed by the third-party service used to receive and store application submissions. We use such providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the application process and communicate with applicants.

Because AETERA works internationally, information may be processed or stored in countries outside the United Arab Emirates or the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, or information about how your data is used.

You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us at privacy@aetera.co.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. You may also have the right to contact the relevant data protection authority in your country.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website or method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
